Refund Policy

BrewBox is a downloadable macOS software product. We provide a free trial so customers can evaluate the product before purchasing a license.

A paid BrewBox license unlocks full access to the software. Because the product is digital and access is provided immediately through a license key, purchases are generally final once the license key has been issued, activated, or used.

When a refund may be provided

We may provide a refund in the following cases:

1. You purchased BrewBox by mistake and have not downloaded, activated, or used the product.
2. A duplicate payment was made.
3. You are unable to activate the product due to a technical issue that we cannot reasonably resolve.
4. BrewBox does not materially perform as described on our website.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@brewbox.org with:

• The email address used for purchase
• Order ID or transaction ID
• A short explanation of the issue

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase or troubleshoot the issue.

When refunds are not provided

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after activating or using the license
• Failure to review the free trial before purchase
• Failure to read the product description or system requirements
• Compatibility issues caused by unsupported macOS versions or unsupported environments
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• Cases where the product has been substantially used and no technical defect is found
